This project had a special goal and task to accommodate the maximum amount of residential space on a minimum plot of land, but in such a way that it did not contradict the norms and was not at the expense of comfort.
Golden mean. Balance. Something that basically reflects Tatyana and her principles. Balance is important in everything. So in architecture, she sticks to balance. Convenience, ergonomics, comfort and style.
She was also limited on time. Three weeks for a complete project from sketch to calculations and issuance of drawings to the construction site.
But when you focus as much as possible on the project and there is a goal, then ideas come automatically, it remains to expose them in a technical form. It’s like something is driving a Creator. And Tatyana calls it true creation.
Lines of inspiration
“The design of interior spaces for me is a separate love. Like any woman, I love to equip the house inside and create beauty. I like complex or compact planning solutions that need to be thought about. The main principles that I follow in creating the interior are environmental friendliness, functionalism, ergonomics and the use of natural materials. I believe that natural materials and textures are something that remains relevant at all times.” – Tatyana Sova
Light and Shadow
When it comes to design, it’s important to understand color and how it works in conjunction with shadow. From a scientific point of view, color is a manifestation of light. When all the waves in the spectrum are reflected, we see white. If the light is not reflected, then we see black. If you look at the rainbow, you will notice that black is not in the visible color spectrum. All other colors except black are reflections of light. Black color means no light. Unlike white and other colors, black can exist in nature without light at all.
Interiors in dark colors impress with their power. It creates a feeling of luxury, elegance. And we quite unconsciously think about the mystery that the interior conveys in such colors.
Rustic
Light colors in the design are combined with the first rays of the morning sun, which provide a feeling of freshness and purity of a new day. They convey tenderness and lightness, evoke a feeling of lightness, freedom and openness. They evoke positive emotions, from joy and peace to romance and tenderness. A gentle breeze that caresses the skin or a stream of a river that flows slowly and calmly? What do you feel when looking at Tatyana’s designs? In this project this feeling is created through the use of delicate and pastel colors, smooth lines and shapes, minimalist details and harmonious compositions.
Serene Home
What are your feelings when it comes to a private house with a swimming pool, two floors, a large green area … Wealth? Luxury? Maybe you thought about Hollywood? Look how a talented architect and interior & exterior designer managed to combine all these elements, but at the same time it looks simple, modest, cozy, atmospheric and tasteful. Let’s play a game and imagine that we managed not only to visualize this house, but also to be there? Look around … Breathe in .. It smells like freshly cut grass. Neatly mowed bushes around the house give an aesthetic look. And the trees and needles around the territory of a private house seem to protect from the outside world. There is a feeling of strength.
Summer…heat…pool. And if you imagine how a large group of friends comes to visit you? Or the whole family? Fun. Happiness. Unforgettable emotions.
Pay attention to the large and spacious windows. They are a conductor of a large amount of natural light into the house. No pathos, just simplicity. After all, Simplicity is the highest degree of perfection.
