Our company's information on materials for partners and investors.

Easy Mobile Home SL is a company that prefers modern eco-friendly building materials that helps to save money, increases comfort and the safety of the occupants and environment.
We understand that many people find it difficult to understand construction materials.
Therefore, below we will tell you which, in our opinion, are the most successful options in the construction of houses.

We recommend building houses with the following technologies:

It is a type of construction based on the use of wood materials . Products and structures made of wood are reliable, durable and affordable in processing, and most importantly, they are environmentally friendly.

  • Frame technology
  • Frame-panel technology
  • CLT technology – Construction of houses from laminated glued panels
  • Construction technology from glued beams
Light steel thin-walled structures ( LSTS ) is a building structure made of thin steel used for the construction of a prefabricated building. These structures include profiled sheets and thin-walled galvanized steel profiles.
LSTS technology is an innovative type of frame construction. The recently increased popularity of this technique is primarily due to the possibility of increasing the speed of installation, therefore reducing the cost of erecting buildings and structures, as well as its environmental safety.
Progressive LSTS technology allows you to quickly and efficiently build buildings for various purposes: private houses up to 3 floors, as well as multi-storey buildings using various types of frames. The use of LSTS technology makes it possible to build objects that are completely different in their functional purpose.
The service life of metal frames made of galvanized thermal profile during construction using the LSTS technology is approximately 50-100 years due to the properties of zinc. However it depends on the humidity and aggressiveness of the environment of the construction area. The structure does not dry out, does not get wet, does not crack during construction or operation, is not subject to fungal diseases, and does not rot.

geodesic dome is a hemispherical thin-shell structure (lattice-shell) based on a geodesic polyhedron. The triangular elements of the dome are structurally rigid and distribute the structural stress throughout the structure, making geodesic domes able to withstand very heavy loads for their size.
The main advantages of domed houses
Reduced consumption of building materials. With the same living space, a domed house consumes 30% less materials than a classic house of the same size.
The spherical surface contributes to improved ventilation of the room. Features of the figure exclude the possibility of the appearance of stagnant zones. The air circulates evenly throughout the room, improving its climatic performance.
Dome houses have increased strength. Despite the reduced consumption of materials, the hemisphere has a greater margin of safety than houses in the form of a parallelepiped, due to the even distribution of the load throughout the dome. Due to the shape of the sphere, the windage is an order of magnitude lower than, and the absence of a pitched or flat roof does not create snow bags.
Improved energy efficiency. The area that is in contact with the outdoor climate is minimal, which reduces heat loss. The absence of corners and straight walls does not create zones with high or low pressure, which reduces heat exchange through the walls with the environment.
Unique aesthetic look. Dome houses are a symbol of modern technologies of the new millennium.
The construction speed is an order of magnitude higher than the classical building.

is a wood panel product made from glueing together layers of solid-sawn lumber, i.e., lumber cut from a single log. Each layer of boards is usually oriented perpendicular to adjacent layers and glued on the wide faces of each board, usually in a symmetric way so that the outer layers have the same orientation. An odd number of layers is most common, but there are configurations with even numbers as well (which are then arranged to give a symmetric configuration).

Regular timber is an anisotropic material, meaning that the physical properties change depending on the direction at which the force is applied. By glueing layers of wood at right angles, the panel is able to achieve better structural rigidity in both directions. It is similar to plywood but with distinctively thicker laminations (or lamellae).

CLT is distinct from glued laminated timber (known as glulam), which is a product with all laminations orientated in the same way.

structural insulated panel, or structural insulating panel, (SIP), is a form of sandwich panel used in the construction industry.

SIP is a sandwich structured composite, consisting of an insulating layer of rigid core sandwiched between two layers of structural board, used as a building material. The board can be sheet metal, plywood, cement, magnesium oxide board (MgO) or oriented strand board (OSB), and the core can either be expanded polystyrene foam (EPS), extruded polystyrene foam (XPS), polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam, or be composite honeycomb (HSC).

SIPs share the same structural properties as an I-beam or I-column. The rigid insulation core of the SIP acts as a web, while the sheathing fulfills the function of the flanges. SIPs combine several components of conventional building, such as studs and joists, insulation, vapor barrier and air barrier. They can be used for many different applications, such as exterior wall, roof, floor and foundation systems.

Building mud houses is the least industrial and at the same time the safest and easiest way to get your own house.  Since ancient times, people have used it as the main building material and like today concrete (cement-sand mixture) is used to create load-bearing structures which fasten various elements, just like earlier clay solution did.
Such houses can stand for centuries, especially if they are located in latitudes with a moderately dry and warm climate.

Advantages of clay houses:
1. Low cost of construction 2. Excellent thermal insulation – clay itself is a good thermal insulator, and in combination with straw or other additives, it withstands cold even in the coldest winters. In addition, a house made of clay heats up quickly, the material warms up well and then gradually gives back the heat into the house, even when the stove has long gone out. 3. Noise insulation – it will always be quiet and cosy in a clay house, even if your plot is near a busy highway. 4. Durability – on average, a clay house will last at least 50 years without major repairs. 5. You can create a structure of a unique shape and the same internal layout. 6. The small weight of the house box and the foundation puts a small load on the soil, so clay houses can be built even on slopes. 7. Fire safety – clay does not burn and does not support burning. The same applies to compressed straw – it does not catch fire, but slowly smolders in direct contact with fire. For this reason, residents can immediately feel the smoke and eliminate the source of ignition. If the walls are well plastered, the clay house becomes fireproof. 8. High seismic resistance. 9. It’s easy to communicate. 10. The speed of installation – building a house from clay with your own hands does not require haste, but its terms are significantly shorter than when building a house from brick or concrete.

  • A house made of straw panels is a cost-effective, energy-efficient dwelling that corresponds to the concept of “harmony with nature”.
  • ENVIRONMENTALLY No house built of known materials can match it in this characteristic. The use of biomaterials promotes high-quality air circulation, does not require a lot of time to fill resources, and reduces emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere during the construction of a straw house.
  • SIMPLICITY IN CONSTRUCTION One panel weighs up to 200 kg, so a small team of four people can build a straw house without the use of construction equipment. However, in order to comply with the rules and construction technology, it is better to trust the professionals of the Easy Mobile Home company.
  • RELIABILITY Straw houses are seismically resistant structures and can withstand earthquakes of up to 9 points.
  • SIMPLICITY IN PERFORMING DECORATIVE WORKS Any type of decoration can be used in the house due to the high adhesion of straw.
  • POSSIBILITY OF MANIFESTING CREATIVITY In terms of architecture, straw houses allow you to implement many design solutions – from the shape of the house to its decoration.
  • HIGH STRENGTH AND RESISTANCE A straw house is not subject to rot, mold and fungi. Good vapor permeability allows the house to “breathe”. And compressed straw panels made of rye straw, which contains a large amount of silica, create unacceptable conditions for mice.
  • COMFORT AND BIOPOSITIVITY You get not just housing, but a house with positive energy, straw helps to create a comfortable atmosphere, and living in such a house has a great effect on health and is suitable for people who suffer from allergies.
  • EXCELLENT SOUND AND NOISE INSULATION The combination of straw and clay solves two problems at once: light scattering (this function is performed by straw as a porous material) and sound absorption (the density of clay helps this). Walls with a thickness of 40 cm reliably protect against any extraneous noise from the street, so the construction of ecologically clean houses takes place without the use of additional materials for sound insulation.
  • FIRE SECURITY Straw panels are compressed under high pressure with a powerful hydraulic press, so there is no room for oxygen, which is necessary for the rapid spread of fire. What’s more, houses made of straw panels can withstand temperatures of up to 900 degrees for several hours.
