Two-storey house near Barcelona. The task was to improve the finished project, which was made by a local architect. In the original project, the staircase was spiral and very narrow. Also visually, it was disproportionate to the scale of the house. I widened the ladder, opened the screw and made a smooth descent. And so that there was no visual feeling of bulkiness, I made it with open risers, which visually facilitates the appearance of the stairs. Also redesigned the rooms. Behind the kitchen, I added

GEO

House for a family of 4. Be in the same village as the house on render 01. And the customers are on friendly terms with each other. This house has already been built, the main work was completed just before a full-scale war. Despite the danger, customers live in it. The house is surrounded by a fairly large garden area, which made it possible to design a swimming pool, a separate barbecue area and a guest house. And since clients breed Newfoundland dogs, I designed an entire dog house, which is a little smaller than a guest house for people.
This project is one of my favorite projects. I would even say that he became my calling card for a while. It is modern, concise, it has enough of everything – not too much, not too little, but enough. A wonderful home for a comfortable family life. When designing the garden, I was inspired by the Japanese garden of Nine Stones, in which a completely new view opens up from any point and there is always a perspective that you want to look beyond to see what’s next.

Únion de elementos

This is the concept of a house in El Álamo, near Madrid (Spain). The client is at the stage of choosing a site for construction, Viktoriia made a preliminary concept of how his house could look like on a specific site, taking into account all his preferences.
The house is planned for a family with two children. The client wants to make the maximum amount of glazing so that there is more sun. We also managed to place a huge pool for the entire length of the site. The feature of the patio with the pool is a table-fountain, which goes from the barbecue area to the pool area. Water is supplied by a pump inside the stationary stand up to the countertop. The table top is covered with glass. In total, the water passes inside the countertop and cascades down into the pool. People sitting at the table enjoy the water cascade in fact right before their eyes. It is also a great solution to lower the air temperature a little, as it is very hot in the central part of Spain in summer.
Inside the house, in the center of the stairwell, Viktoriia placed a huge glass terrarium with bonsai inside. The plants are very comfortable there, as they get a lot of diffused light and the air humidity is normal, as for an arid region.

Murcia

In this project, the renovation of the existing swimming pool was made in the house, which is located in the vicinity of Murcia. The geometry of the main basin remained the same. Added another small pool with jacuzzi. They also installed a system for opening and closing the pool with a movable platform. Garden furniture was permanently placed on this platform.

Pacific

This is the second house concept for the same client from Únion de elementos project. In this case, we have a relatively square area. Here we managed to realize the client’s request that in the future, when the children grow up, it is possible to divide this house into two separate independent halves with separate entrances. So far, I have made an L-shaped house, in which the children’s bedrooms and the master bedroom are located on different sides of the house. And in the center – a common area that overlooks the pool in the courtyard and a barbecue area. In the future, if it becomes necessary to divide the house, then this will require a meager cost.

Adventure

The project of a two-story house in the vicinity of Zaporizhya (Ukraine). In a very picturesque place, near the floodplains of the river Dnipro. The house is designed for a family of 4 people. And before the war, construction had already begun. But, now this beautiful place is actually located behind the front line and is often fired upon, so construction has been suspended. I hope this project has a future.

Las Facetas de Luz

This is also the concept of a house in the vicinity of Madrid. The main idea of the project is to combine the elements of water, fire and air. The feeling of air and weightlessness is provided by large windows, a lot of light, and a glass staircase.
The element of water is represented by a pool that occupies the entire courtyard of the house. The pool is overlooked by the windows of the living room-studio, as well as the bedroom on the second floor.
Near the pool there is a recreation area with live fire. Viktoriia also has built another fireplace into the outer wall. Thus, from the sofa of the living room it is possible to see the pool through the live fire.
